Shipping Information:
It usually takes between 2 & 3 business days to fill and ship orders. Ground orders are
shipped USPS Priority mail and Overnite will be UPS.
44.99 on overnite shipping includes 10 box fee and heat/cold packs. If you know you
will have extremely hot or cold weather, please note it in the comments when checking
out(no additional fees for extra packs).
Free Shipping on livestock orders over 300 dollars, no box charge either.
Guarantees:
Live arrival: We guarantee our livestock will arrive alive. In the event that this doesn't
happen we will require an email/call within 4 hours of the arrival time, this time will be
indicated by the UPS drop off time. We will also require a digital photo of the
specimen. Upon approval we will credit your account.
4 day guarantee: The four days starts when the package arrives. We will still need a
digital photo of the specimen.
For both guarantees: We may ask for the specimen in return(via usps) and/or a water
sample.
Water Conditions should be:
specific gravity 1.020-1.025
pH 8.1 to 8.4
ammonia - 0
nitrites - 0
nitrates - <20
Cancellation Policy:
• You can cancel if your order has not been shipped.
• If it has been shipped you will have to receive the shipment.
• Refusing the shipment will cause you to pay for the full order.
Equipment Returns:
• Contact us before returning any equipment.
• 30 day return policy.
• There is a 10% restocking fee for all returned items.
• Anything returned must be in original box, we don’t except any equipment that
has been opened or used.
• Check and make sure that what your opening is what you ordered.
• Customer pays for return shipping.
• Contact the manufacture if the product is broken or defective, but let us know if it
was caused by shipping.
• Equipment that is returned will be credited back to your credit card or for store
credit.
